Rich Howe is an Acxiom officer and chief marketing and business strategy leader. He is responsible for the company’s global product marketing, marketing communications, marketing relations, advertising/public relations, creative services, special events and interactive/direct marketing.

In his role as strategy leader, Rich helps drive Acxiom’s growth through the execution of business strategies designed to meet market changes and/or mitigate competitive threats. For many of these strategies, Rich also assumes an operational leadership role over the groups with products and solutions under development. Currently, Rich oversees Acxiom’s Asia Pacific business and its newest segmentation solution for online advertisers.

Prior to joining Acxiom in 2004, Rich served as general manager of Fair Isaac & Company’s Global Marketing Services unit, a business with more than $100 million in annual revenue. Before joining Fair Isaac, he founded and was chairman/CEO of ieWild Inc., a technology company whose software and services were utilized by many of the largest financial services institutions in the United States . In 2001, he negotiated that company’s acquisition by HNC Software.

Rich has been on the forefront of software, services, data and analytics technology designed to drive business intelligence for more than 15 years. He has launched more than a dozen products and been involved in more than ten M&A transactions ranging in size from $2 million to $800 million.

Josh Herman serves as Product Leader for Acxiom Corporation’s Global Segmentation & Product Innovations team. His responsibilities include new data product and business model development as well as marketing applications leveraging the Acxiom PersonicX® household segmentation system.

Josh has also been selected one of American Demographics magazine’s “25 influential people on the demographic landscape in the past 25 years.” In addition to being a guest lecturer at Georgetown University, the Sam Walton School of Business and the Congressional Economic Leadership Institute, he has also been an adjunct professor of database marketing at American University in Washington , DC , where he designed and taught an MBA class on applied geodemography and consumer segmentation.

As a consultant, Josh has worked with the United States Postal Service, analyzing data from more than 2 billion transaction records combining demographic, geographic, survey data and marketing analyses related to implications for future market strategies and pending legislation. Prior to joining Acxiom, Josh was director of applied marketing and training at Claritas.

Jie Cheng leads Acxiom’s analytic consulting and consumer-centric marketing solution development, helping clients improve their return on marketing investment. Jie manages a group of analytic consultants and analysts, developing innovative analytic solutions and providing consulting services to clients across multiple industries. These include financial services, retail/CPG, automotive, travel/entertainment, media/publishing, telecommunication, insurance, and investment services.

With 18 years of experience in analytic consulting, Jie has served as senior director of analytic services for Trilogy Enterprises, executive VP of analytic research and development for Information Resources, Inc, VP of solution development for J.D. Power and Associates, and Manager of Technology and Methodology in Ford Motor Company. He won the prestigious Henry Ford Technology Award for his pioneering marketing analytic solution development.
